I just recently moved to the area from Arizona and, as I’m sure all women are, it is anxiety-provoking to have to find a new hair stylist. A friend of my daughter recommended Loose Ends Hair Salon to me. In August 2025, I was lucky enough to make my appointment with Tracey Evanko. She is always professional, kind, and considerate. Loose ends is the best! The team works well together. i'm there monthly and make my appointments for a full year at a time. Tracey confidently does my color and keeps me looking beautiful month after month!
DO NOT LET TRACY TOUCH YOUR HAIR! SHE IS NOT A COLOR SPECIALIST! I would give a ZERO rating if it was an option. My daughter and I have been loyal clients of this salon for almost 3 years. During those 3 years we were a part of and overheard multiple conversations with Tracy AND Katie about what a great "color specialist" Tracy was. Love this place. Bella and Katie have both done my hair and they listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. I am always happy with my color and cut. Tracie did my waxing and she did a great job. It’s a fun salon and you can tell all the girls get along and enjoy what they do.
I am the daughter referenced in the prior review. I initially chose to handle this privately with Katie and did not intend to respond publicly. However, the salon’s reply contains several inaccuracies that need correcting. I did not request a new service or a change to my established color. I asked for a touch-up.
