I've going there for a few years now but it's the first time Kara-the owner does color on my hair, she was very rude, unprofessional, and aggressive while doing my hair. I showed her a picture and specially said what I didn't want which was thin highlights. Well, she did the thinnest ones she could and charge me $300 for short hair.
