I joined at start of 2025 having only ever previously trained on my own. The gym was so friendly and the coaches and other customers were really welcoming and encouraging and any anxiety I had about being unfit were quickly expelled. I found both Charlotte and Lloyd really knowledgeable and supportive and they quickly improved my strength and conditioning.
