No soap in the ladies' restroom on 2 different occasions. How do the employees wash their hands? Run by teens who are more interested in their phones and each other than the customers. This Loop needs to take some tips from The Loop on Southside or The Loop by the Town Center. Went to the JC Loop after church a few times, condiments like lemon slices were not out because they forgot. I think they need adult supervision by someone who cares.
