I’ve been coming to this station weekly for a long time and have always appreciated the friendly staff. On **October1,2025**, however, I purchased an “Ultimate Carwash” and the wash ran without dispensing any soap. I went inside to let them know and waited about **30minutes** for a manager named **OmGiri** to address the issue. I go there every single day but last time I really felt embarassed. After 5 minutes using the restroom, one of the new female workers called Valeska started knocking on the door hard trying to open the door, to make me exit the restroom because another customer wanted to use it. Really???? Sometimes we are fast, other times takes a little more time for number 2. She was very rude and not apologetic at all. She did not want to say her name and kept laughing at me. Very disrespectful. People like that is bad for business.

Ask for Yara, she keeps the bathroom thoroughly clean, sanitized n well stocked. Managers dat do care about der customers. Do visit n keep yr family safe.
