Rude and incompetent. We called when my grandma was in the hospital and they explained they couldn't fit her until she was discharged. I called the second we moved her to a nursing home and they told me they were working on it and would call me when they knew something. I let them wait over 5 days and called back and they assured me again they were working on it.
