From start to finish, the entire process was an absolute pleasure. Ollie and Harry are extremely professional and their attention to detail is fantastic. Absolutely Outstanding service, we had a major issue with our tile supplier that me and my wife organised and chose telling us only the day before the bathroom was due to commence that the courier had smashed a full pallet of tiles!! without hesitation, Harry and Oli quickly rallied around their suppliers to come up with a like for like alternative that was in stock and available that day. They collected the tiles on our behalf and cracked on. from start to finish these chaps absolutely executed on all fronts.
If you need plumbing work, I highly recommend this professional team! I recently had my bathroom completely renovated by Pool Developments. The old bathroom was completely removed, the floor and walls were replaced, and a new bathroom was installed. The bathroom was ready within 10 days from the initial consultation. I am really happy with them, they are helpful, hardworking, and extremely reliable. 5 star experience.
We’ve just had the lovely Pool guys to rip out and refit our en suite and couldn’t be happier. They were fab from the initial email right to the end. Very honest and knowledgeable, and gave us some great suggestions about what they’d suggest for our budget. Communication was great throughout, got us booked straight in and we were able to visit the showroom to chose the materials. Extremely professional, clean and tidy and finished to job to a very high standard! Nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommend.
