I was a first time customer. My underbody panel had come loose & was dragging on the pavement. The guys attached some zip ties until I can get my mechanic to fix it. I think they didn’t have the right size screws for the repair. They did a great job & the cost was under $50.00. I was very pleased with their quick thinking repair. Cathy M
