As a veterinarian who sponsored a student in this program I would not under any circumstances trust this company to provide the advertised experience or safety for your child. They have stranded 4 girls, eager to embark on what seemed to be an incredible experience, in a big city with no support or remedy. I only left one star bc I couldnt leave ZERO. Absolutely unacceptable and honestly alarming. I am sharing this as a warning to other parents. My friend’s daughter, along with other students, has now been stranded in NYC for over 24 hours following a study abroad program booked through Loop Abroad, with flights handled by Flightfox and EVA Air. Very poor communication. Extremely diatonic with the planning and coordination of the internship. Slow response time. Duplicitous communication. Inaccurate information provided. Resulted in thousands of wasted dollars.
