I went on a loop abroad trip to Thailand for three weeks in 2018. 1 week working on the elephant park, 1 week in chiang mai working with small animals, and 1 week on the island of koh Toa getting my SCUBA certification while working on coral reefs. I have travelled with Loop Abroad twice and both times were incredible! I travelled to Thailand in 2017 and that was my first time traveling outside of the country by myself and I felt so supported by their support team. The trip of course was a once in a lifetime dream! Love the Elephant Nature Park and I deeply hope to return one day. I’ve gone on two trips to Thailand with Loop Abroad - once as a student and this last summer I joined the alumni trip with my grandparents. Both times were AMAZING. This program and the people involved in it are so special. I learned so much as a student, and I was able to share priceless memories with my grandparents on the alumni trip. I had such an amazing time on my trip to Panama in 2021! I truly believe it's part of the reason I'm a DVM today! I learned so much, experienced the culture, and met some amazing people. Highly recommend loop!
