I have been in SEVERE pain since August. MMH ER tells me to make a Dr. apt that they can’t help chronic back pain or manage asthma. So I made my drs appointment. Waited 3 weeks for it. I get a call the Friday before with a voicemail to call back. I called back they confirmed my appointment. I go to my apt Monday and was told the dr called in sick and that’s why they called Friday but Friday all they did was confirm. Office staff unprofessional to say the least. I understand labor happens, but having your dr work till her due date with no plans in place for her paitents is not ok. They called me from the HOSPITAL number to cancel my appointment that I made for an AFTER hospital follow up! They said there’s no Dr I can see till November! How’s it fair to me!? You should have had a Dr prepared ahead of time knowing your Dr is 9 months pregnant! Now I have to fight insurance to get medical care from another Dr without them complaining sing ... read more
Wait time is stupid ridiculous twice I’ve waited over a hour. Appointment is at 10 don’t get seen till 11. And no one is in the waiting room….
Unfortunately i have to add this after going here for 3 years and walking away due to how unprofessional they are. I truly do love Dr. Baker, she listens and offers several different options for a problem rather than the most expedient for her. Her nurse on the other hand, really does act like you are an interruption and will call and cancel appointments without telling the front desk that the dr will be out of the office. this isn't the 1st time. she did the same thing with my wife several months ago saying the same thing, ... read more
