HORRIBLE OVERPRICED AVOID NOT GOOD BAR B QUE AT ALL Horrible this place had okay service, but the food was overpriced for the portion you get my total bill was 55 when we left I order a loaded bake potato came to 7 dollars then I order the cat fish and fryes the fish was so blan no taste I only eat half of one of the two piece of cat fish is was so gross. Great BBQed beef Their Kansas City Beef Brisket sandwich is amazing. They give generous portions of meat. Their corn bread is pretty darn good--nice. and fluffy and creamy-tasting.

Elaine Looney's gives a good porportion of food for the price. The bar b que fall right off the bone. Their sides are delicious. Great place to stop and eat.

Big servings Just come on in hungry and they will fill you up right. One star missing because their ribs are a bit dry. Will try other stuff on the menu as time goes by, and see if we can get that one star back!

I don't know how I'm the first to review... Any good Cal student should know that for great BBQ there's no where like Looney's. Best pork I've ever had and the experience was excellent. Located right below campus on Bancroft the only downside to Looney's is the parking. If your in the mood for some amazing BBQ and good times after a Cal game walk down the hill to Looney's!
