Love the products, love the staff. But this delivery made my day, bought some new paints and the parcel arrived with rainbow ribbon tied around it. It was such a lovely surprise and I know doesn't speak to the quality (which is second to none) but it does speak to their care and customer service. To think someone took the time to package what was a small order so that everything arrived intact and then dressed it up with pretty ribbons. It just made me feel valued. These guys are great.

Absolutely amazing ladies, first time putting an order in and I didn't read the txt message I received properly and missed the part about click and collect days and times. So I message at 3.45 saying I'm on my way, so not even 5 mins later she calls to say it closed at 1pm but then days she will call the owner and see what they could do. The owner called and met me down at the shop at 4.30pm to give me my order. They are amazing and go above and beyond for there customers!!!!!
I needed supplies for a Mardi Gras job & these guys were on the case to get it to me asap. So great with helping me choose the right glitter palette, which was the perfect product! Love the way they packaged it all up with a free pen and paint sample. Thanks Eryn for help!
Best store. Best staff. Best products and best sales and courses! An absolutely gorgeous team at the Looney Bin, it's always a pleasure.
