fridge broken....spoiled food.management did not care AT ALL. Ruined the vcation. Travelin with a child with disability...cant eat in restaurants so we spent most of our vacation going back and forth to supermarket.....added xpense of spoiled fod and lots of gas.

great service i used to get frustrated trying fo find a good place to stay when i went sking at loon, till someone told me about loon reservation service sence they deal with a dozen or so resorts there is always a good place to stay.
