Worst customer service. Stayed in Riverfront condo while the condo was clean to the eye we found several issues. First the living room furniture smelled like old wet dog and was broken so every time you sat on it it made a terrible noise. The beds were horrible so old and uncomfortable that not even children could have a good night's sleep on the twin beds. Master bed was just a giant hole with a fluffy pillow topper on it. This company does the laundry fir the condos that I rent in the white mountain. They do a fine job! Once when my laundry was mistakenly put in the discard laundry pile, they reimbursed me to replace the lost linens. Now, that how you win friends, influence people and keep your customers after an error.
Have used Loon Reservation Service for years. Always polite, professional and very responsive. I highly recommend for securing lodging or having them manage your rental. Excellent service.
The home was sparkling clean. Loon Reservation Service's enhanced cleaning protocol is highly satisfactory. I especially like that all bed linens including blankets and comforters are washed between guests. This unit's kitchen was well stocked. Our only issue was that we didn't have hot water when we first arrived. Loon Reservation was quick to send someone to fix and it turned out to be an easy fix. We were very pleased with the property.
I have booked a condo with Loon Reservation Service for family and friends when we attend the NH Highland Games for a very long time. They have always been helpful in selecting a unit based on our needs and group size, and have been responsive to every question or concern we've ever had. I will continue to book through them for the foreseeable future!
