Responsive, accommodating and friendly, what more can you ask for? I wasnt familiar with the area and she went above and beyond from providing a map, to suggesting routes and activities and more. 12/10 would rent equipment again.
We had a fabulous experience renting kayaks here! The owner was so nice! She gave us a map of the lakes, and was there when we got there and there when our time was up! The Knight Landing was a great place to start the trip from as well. Highly recommend renting through them!! :)
A truly great kayak rental experience from Loon Kayaks and Susan. She was so friendly and accommodating. Gave our group the best recommendations for where to go swimming and kayak for the day. Got us on the water The day of the reservation and had great prices/ rates. Susan even got some photos of our group as we came in for the day, and this was such a special touch. Thank you, and I can't wait to come back again in the future! Will definitely recommend this to others
We were visiting Appleton for a day trip and couldn’t wait to get on the water! It was a struggle to find a boat ride that wasn’t a fishing charter. I LOVE to kayak, but my kiddos would rather watch me, than join in. So, at the last minute, we searched for kayak rentals and found Loon Paddle Company! They had me call the Waupaca location and just a short 35-minute drive to Knight Lane and 3 small wetland lakes later, and we were on the WATER!!
