The advice Susan gave us alone was worth the rental fee. Great experience and superior service.
We rented two stand up paddle boards and two kayaks for a little adventure in the Chain 'o Lakes. The owners are super nice and were right on time. Great communication and great rentals! Would definitely use them again :)
We rented paddle boards. Susan was extremely helpful in giving us some instructions as well as going back to her shop to get a different board that would be better for my friend. Very laid back! She even took our pictures from the bridge!
Susan was very nice, met us at the landing, gave us a map and recommended a few places to explore. Took our picture from the bridge too. Very easy process and positive experience renting from them. 5-stars.
Susan is so wonderful! Not only does she drop off and pick up, she’s flexible and informative. She loves to teach about the sport and water. She is fantastic! Will rent from her over and over again! This review was written after my second time renting from her! Each experience has been equally excellent!
