This place was awesome and had amazing views! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Love the log cabin fee/decor! Checking in & out was extremely easy! I will definitely stay here again!!
We stayed @ Loon Lodge Lake Superior for 5 nights the last full week of January 2026 and we couldn’t have had a better time. The home was ready on time and spotless. That was our sixth year at Loon Lodge Lake Superior and we are planning another 5-6 days next winter. Jerry Conway
This is a fantastic place to rest and relax after a day of hiking around and otherwise exploring the surrounding area. Everything we could have possibly needed was supplied and the manual about how everything works made it easy to move right in and be comfortable. And the owner is very responsive if there is any reason to make contact at any time in the process from booking on. This is a great property, it truly feels like a home away from home. The house has everything you need, is close to multiple things to do, and well kept. Best part is it’s quiet and very relaxing. My family have stayed here many times over the years and we look forward to coming back.
We just got back from a 5-day family vacation at Loon Lodge on Lake Superior. The home was spacious and well-stocked. They thoughtfully provided anything we might have needed, including dog dishes and poop bags. It was clean and ready for us. They provided instructions for everything, which was very helpful. The views are amazing, and we were able to relax on the large balcony overlooking the lake.
