Landscape is something to be desired, and there should be a pool, but it's a so, so place. Judgemental, but quiet.
To many rules. In addition it is infested with huge massive rats. Most everyone struggles with cockaroaches. The rent goes up every 4 to 6 months by around $20 to $30s. No covered parking, no landscaping, no pest control, no club house, no swimming pool, no tennis courts. You buy the home and rent the land. If you leave you must sell. You can't rent your place out. The park has gotten a new manager here, and we are starting to see some good changes. I know it will take some time to weed out all the problems. But he is going in the right direction. This time next year I'm hoping I can give 5 stars.
