I've lived here for 8 years and have seen it go through many changes. The park is pretty quiet for the most part. There are a couple of units that seem to give the management a hard time, but they are dealing with them. Other than a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers, there are no amenities and no additional storage space for boats, rv's, etc. Overall, I like living here. Landscape is something to be desired, and there should be a pool, but it's a so, so place. Judgemental, but quiet.
