We purchased our home from loomis in July. Upon signing our purchase agreement we were given a rendering of what the house was going to look like. Once the house siding was completed it was far from what we had been shown and the quality of workmanship was very poor. When we spoke with Dan whom is a loomis relitor he told me that the home was still under construction and that you wouldnt to a car factory and pick out flaws on a new car that wasn’t finished yet and if I didn’t like the house we didn’t have to buy it! I will take you through the entire process I went through in purchasing my first home, which happened to be through Loomis Homes. It started in April of 2017 I went in on a Monday afternoon to sign a purchase agreement with my realtor, who told them we would be there the friday before. When we arrived, we were told the house had been sold... 1 month prior. Loomis Homes has far exceeded all expectations and my buyers are beyond thrilled with their new home. The home was completed ahead of schedule! Excellent professional and quality work done throughout the entire home building process!!
