Van 230039 just made a left turn out of a parking lot drove up to the light crossed from the turning lane to the right cut off every car in line including a moving 18-wheeler just to make a right turn instead of waiting like everyone else is. We are all trying to get somewhere.
Every Loomis vehicle has the American Flag on it, the WRONG WAY. They refuse to fix.
Terrible customer service. Two years in a row for an event cash pickup .. they show up to the wrong location regardless of what is written on the contract for the pickup location and after a phone call to clarify and confirm the location pickup. No response to emails when trying to get cash bags prior to the event -- and after promising to drop off cash bags .. they never did --- twice.
Good company overall, nice trucks, cool people, but HORRIBLE customer service they keep asking the same question, don´t understand what im asking...Loomis is better than Brinks, Dunbar, and Garda thats for sure.
