Most of their drivers are great but the company itself has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are outright rude. It really couldn't be worse so if you need this kind of service save yourself the grief and try a different company first.
Gave us a lemon.
Most terrible driver, incredibly rude and entitled
Driver blocked every single handicap parking space horizontally and then called the police on someone parked nearby before even bothering to ask them to move because they "blocked him" despite there being nothing behind him and the customer just in a parking place. Completely incompetent driver and a disturbance to the community, needs training to deescalate and not just yell "it's a federal offense what you are doing" to a senior person just minding their own business.
