Apparently the driver thinks it’s completely okay to block a car parked in a handicap spot. My mother who uses oxygen and everything couldn’t even get in the car. When I asked the guy to move he just put his hands up like he didn’t know what I was talking about. The third party they use to take complaints is super rude and wants to play 100 questions with you before they will even take your complaint.

A courier put his hand onto his gun, after I was in line at a drive up atm, behind a customer. The courier or driver drove up on the grass, putting his right bumper onto my right bumper, after Customer moved, I tried pulling forward and the courier got out, stood in front of vehicle opened atm door and put his hand on his gun. I back out went to drive thru teller, and teller witness it all and was told to call in.

Not a customer but had an incident with a loomis driver at the atm around 8:45am. You need to teach your drivers to be more curtious and more careful. Almost hitting and pushing peoples cars out the way is not one way to do it. Coming through the incoming traffic lane to block everyone is a big disrespect and against traffic laws

This company is the absolute worst, they can't seem to deliver on time or sometimes at all, and they can't seem to get their orders straight! I wish I could get Brinks to take over these companies money deliveries around this area at least they know how to be on time and not mess up money orders! Oh if the owner or manager see's this get your phone working for this depot!
