One of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service. We were shown a beautiful assortment of rugs within the color palette we asked for, and they were very considerate of our budget. They even let us try rugs out in our home and keep one overnight before making a decision. Would recommend!

The store has an amazing assortment of beautiful in-house designs as well as antique rugs. Super friendly and helpful staff who are truly knowledgeable and obviously very passionate about the art and aren’t hesitant to work with you to find the perfect one for you. Gorgeous selection of antique furniture and textiles too. They helped me determine what needed to be done, and they provided me with options. They are intimately familiar with the rug business including how the rugs are made and repaired.
