Used them for septic tank cleaning before and was great to deal with, called them for a clogged barn drain and was told that was not a job they were able to do (was giving their name by another plumber who thought they would be the best option, they only do commercial) which is fine my issue was treated very rudely, I am not a plumber and could not answer their plumbing questions hence why I was calling a plumber, but with that I felt like I was wasting their time and being talked down too, definitely need to work on custome... read more

We had Loomer’s Pumping Service today .To service our Septic System .The driver and Nancy who I spoke to were very friendly and helpful .We would recommend using them .Neal and Brenda Forbes
