Great service from Loomers. On a wet and windy morning the operator Jamie went out of his way to show us a potential issue with our system and, importantly, how we could fix it. As a first time septic user this was very reassuring. Thank you Jamie.
I've been a Loomer's customer for almost a decade now. The excellent service I received then was on par with yesterday's visit. Nancy is great to deal with, and the operators are fantastic. Always topnotch.
Friendly, Professional and Very helpfull, Ive used them for past 15 yrs at 2 house locations for Septic Cleaning, and also for the most amazing Topsoil anywhere in the Valley.
Used them for septic tank cleaning before and was great to deal with, called them for a clogged barn drain and was told that was not a job they were able to do (was giving their name by another plumber who thought they would be the best option, they only do commercial) which is fine my issue was treated very rudely, I am not a plumber and could not answer their plumbing questions hence why I was calling a plumber, but with that I felt like I was wasting their time and being talked down too, definitely need to work on custome... read more
