I went there today, Lisa attended to me. I paid for a 45 minute pedicure, a hot stone. She was done after 25 minutes. Lousy massage and horrible pedicure!!! Manicure was not much better!! I don't write reviews. I paid too much money for the extra spa treatments to walk away feeling ripped off. Horrible horrible!!!

For the last few YEARS I have tried to contact someone here. I’ve called and asked to speak with a higher up and was told I’d get a call back and then have used the email twice and heard nothing back in regards to a gift card I received. Why does no one answer? I will be calling again this morning
Atmosphere and experience are great, and it’s very clean, but honestly it’s hit or miss with the nail techs. The spa pedicures are relaxing and they do a nice job with the massage, scrub, etc, however I probably won’t return for nail services because they’ve done a very sloppy job the last few times I went. Most recently I had a manicure and pedicure; there was polish left all over my toes which I had to clean up with a brush at home.
