I have been coming here for years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad service, very professional staff no matter the service your getting very friendly and welcoming, run on schedule. When I buy gift certificates for my friends, this is where I get them even if they don't live in the immediate area.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! My french came out amazing! Stella did an awesome job, and the assistant manager was an absolute sweetheart! Can't wait for my next appointment!
Brought my sister to Looma Spa for a day out and had a great experience. I got the Tension Eliminator massage with Melissa and it was awesome! I highly recommend seeing her for your next massage. I then had a shellac manicure with Sara who did a wonderful job. Highly enjoyable experience in a lovely and clean atmosphere. 5 stars!
Professional staff and very clean facilities. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. I've been going there for spa pedicures for a few years now and all the technicians have been very good. No complaints.
