Just returned from a 5 day visit to my family in Ga. I booked with Lookupfares..all went well to get me to my destination but imagine my surprise upon receiving my boarding passes and the second flight had no gate or seat assignment. I called Delta directly to see about reassigning a seat for the 1st flight to get me closer to the exit due to a quick connection..the agent told me I was on a standby list and if I wanted a seat I had to pay $248.30. I would give them a Zero if that was an option! This company exhibit's fraudulent behavior. I booked a flight to Europe. Gave my card information. Booked the flight only to get a call from the company saying that the price that i paid was only half the passengers! They tried to get another $500 plus dollars from me. I refused to pay more! Then lookupfare had the nerve to say if I cancel the reservation I would have to pay regardless! Such BS!!! Do not book with this company they are Crooks….
Horrible flights, they give you a price in Canadian currency and they charge in us currency , you only know when you get the credit card statement You re not allowed to even bring a carry on And a checked bag is 65 dollars and who know probably even in us $ also To call them is difficult, they don’t know anything And is not toll free, I was charged 12$ for two calls that were completely useless NEVER AGAIN
Booked a flight and needed to change the flight dates, they told me it’s a use it or lose it ticket. I offered to pay a flight change fee and they told me not with the ticket I purchased. Then the representative offered to find me a new flight and to pay for another flight! Reached out to the BBB, hopefully something changes, this is such poor customer service and I’m left without my money back or a ticket I can use.
