I signed up to Looksmart Alterations on their website to receive the $25 in 25 minutes hemming deal. I checked midland gate was a participant and took my jeans in within the described window for this offer. However they would not honour it. I showed them the coupon provided. And showed them the offer on the website and they completely dismissed it. Unfortunately as I had no other options I had to proceed despite knowing this was not appropriate. After using the same franchise in Innaloo and having a good experience, I assumed this location would offer the same standard. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. I took in an expensive branded puffer jacket to repair a small hole. We agreed that a patch would be applied to match the jacket as best as possible.
