I needed two pairs of trousers taken up over the long weekend. One of the alterations places at Erina fair was closed, the other wasn’t able to do it until next Friday. I went to looksmart alterations and the staff member at the front counter was very nice and helpful. They were able to have both pairs taken up within an hour. Thank you!
Absolutely terrible customer service. My wife requested to pick up her pants after being told they were ready. When trying to pick them up the staff could not find them. They then blamed my wife for the pronunciation of her own last name and stated that this was why they couldn’t find them. They then stated it was all because my wife apparently spelt her own surname wrong and that this was the issue. It was never misspelt.
