Absolutely pissed to say the least, brought dress in for dry cleaning, was told pick up thur to fri, get there sat morning, not returned yet, promised Sunday, get there Sunday, bot only did I still have to pay, but NO stain was removed, and then there was EXTRA stains that weren't there prior, mind you it was a brand new dress with tags that I accidentally spilt something on after trying on at home. Worst customer service ever. Took several items of clothing in for alterations and they were supposed to be ready two days later; when I came back a week later they still hadn’t been done. The lady Stated that the regular person went on holidays and she was behind on the work, should’ve called me before. Very bad service and bad attitude
Amazing service and quality work. Very prompt with altering my clothing.
Amazing alterations. The cost is worth it for your clothing to fit just how you like. I have had 4 pants all shortened recently. Fabrics in varying types. All done very pleasantly. Denim hemmed with original hem is immaculate. VERY happy with the service here.
