They are hard to reach by phone, but are very nice in person. They do however try to charge for an upscale service while using cheap products. And the owner always asks if you need change for a tip, which I find rude. I bought a groupon and am currently unable to reach them as the phone is disconnected and the only take appointments

I have been trying for 2 months to get into this spa with a groupon. I have called NUMEROUS times and no one answers, left messages that are unreturned, text the number given in a message and its never acknowledged. I finally had to drive the 25 minutes to get there just to make an appointment in person. How do they stay in business? Finally went in and WOW! Mani/pedi all done in 45 mins. Rushed right through and when I left, 3 fingers were bleeding and 2 toes!!!!!

Bought a groupon for here and tried to call for weeks with no answer. The Groupon stated I had to have an appointment but they never answered the phone. The answering machine gave me a number to text and I tried that with no reply as well. So the phone thing clearly wasn't gonna work so I showed up to make an apt, it was a Monday at noon and they had a sign on the door that said it was closed. The website showed it was open everyday but Sunday but apparently not.

Very bad business. We purchased a groupon. I tried contacting the business all day through their number on Google. BTW my girlfriend came all the way out of town. So we decided to drive there. We had a hard time finding the place. Then when we arrived the woman said they only had 1 more person booked for the day. Nobody else was there. Instead of servicing us, they told us to schedule an appointment for another day. The business does not look like a spa. It's not comfortable. Would not recommend.
