I walked in for hair trim and perm...I was surprised when she tells me due to my colored hair it might fall out...um guess what...i lost a lot of hair and 8 months later my hair is a mess...wish I knew before got a perm..
I took my kids here and waited an hour and 20 minutes for her to finish with one customer so I could get my step son's hair cut. The wait would not have bothered me, had she not spent only 10 minutes cutting my step son's hair, and it was absolutely NOT what I asked for. I asked her to trim his hair, a little shorter on the sides, slightly longer on top and faded. I showed her my son's hair for reference, so she SAW exactly what I wanted done.
