Thanks for coming to Tennessee just to totally destroy all the yards in our neighborhood. Every limb cut was allowed to come crashing down to the yard like it fell naturally: deep holes and tree debris EVERYWHERE. No announcement, no warning, blocked our driveway for several hours, took up way more than half the road so everybody that came through all day had to drive through somebody's yard, and that's just one day in one neighborhood. I'm sure y'all were the cheapest by a mile and it shows.
I am not a Karen and I don't typically complain or post reviews, but call me the Lorax because I love the dang trees. Dominion sent this company out to trim our tree along the electrical wires. Dominion sends someone out every year to do this. Every year the previous company has only cut back the one branch that is in the way of the wires. This year Dominion sent "Looks Great Services" and let me tell you it does NOT look great. They completely butchered our oak tree and cut it back way more than needed. I've waited over a year to leave a review for this company. I've seen them many times clearing for PRVEPA and never had one complaint. This last time the crew made up for the previous good jobs. I'll start small. Most of the limbs were across the road in my planted pines that were just weeks away from being clear-cut but a few limbs landed in my yard. No big deal they weren't 3" in diameter.
