Crews knew nothing about trees, cutting down every broken limb and taking down perfectly healthy trees that were no where near power lines or in a position to endanger power lines. Drove onto our private property and took our own log piles afterwards, tearing up our fences and wood piles that we have built up over the last few years. Just another fly by night cleanup crew
Got home today to Looks Great Services (in Lafayette, La) trimming trees in my neighborhood. They let themselves into my backyard, which meant cutting the cord I had holding my gate closed, moved plants, did not move them back, knocked down a lattice on the side of my house, and then BROKE another plant! This is so unprofessional and I don't know that I will ever think of this company as anything more. Will never recommend!
After Hurricane Helene, our small town was devastated with downed trees, no power and water, and damages to many homes. At first glance, there was no way we could recover from this...especially not quickly! Looks Great Services was mobilized to our rescue and through their perseverance, we are seven months post hurricane and our little town has had all debris removed and we almost feel normal again!
