Very unprofessional experience. We requested quote and were promised a quotation, but after that, our calls and emails went unanswered. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing. If responsiveness is this poor during the quoting stage, it raises serious concerns about the level of service and support customers can expect once work has actually started. At a minimum, a simple update or courtesy response would have been appreciated.

This place completely destroyed the trees in my neighborhood. There is a proper way to trim trees away from the power lines without killing them and leaving them looking butchered . Also they kept cutting way too much even after the power line was cleared on my oak tree.

So this tree trim crew was in my neighborhood. I didn’t even know they was in my neighborhood. But this guy comes to my house beats on my door not once but four different times walks around the side of my house. It even goes over and looks in my garage. I immediately call 911 and I work an hour away which is a cross state lines so I was being transferred from North Carolina to Tennessee. They pull equipment through yards and driveways without permission and block entire neighborhoods, expecting bus drivers to drop off kids at the entrance instead of their designated drop off. Seems like there is little to no oversight on these crews.
