So this tree trim crew was in my neighborhood. I didn’t even know they was in my neighborhood. But this guy comes to my house beats on my door not once but four different times walks around the side of my house. It even goes over and looks in my garage. I immediately call 911 and I work an hour away which is a cross state lines so I was being transferred from North Carolina to Tennessee. They pull equipment through yards and driveways without permission and block entire neighborhoods, expecting bus drivers to drop off kids at the entrance instead of their designated drop off. Seems like there is little to no oversight on these crews.
This company needs to be shut down! There's a single power line on the street side of the trees at my office. Honestly, I doubt they even needed trimmed this year, but better to be safe than sorry I guess. They went around the WHOLE TREE and BUTCHERED all of them! No reason for this! They should change their name to Looks Dead.
Thanks for coming to Tennessee just to totally destroy all the yards in our neighborhood. Every limb cut was allowed to come crashing down to the yard like it fell naturally: deep holes and tree debris EVERYWHERE. No announcement, no warning, blocked our driveway for several hours, took up way more than half the road so everybody that came through all day had to drive through somebody's yard, and that's just one day in one neighborhood. I'm sure y'all were the cheapest by a mile and it shows.
I am not a Karen and I don't typically complain or post reviews, but call me the Lorax because I love the dang trees. Dominion sent this company out to trim our tree along the electrical wires. Dominion sends someone out every year to do this. Every year the previous company has only cut back the one branch that is in the way of the wires. This year Dominion sent "Looks Great Services" and let me tell you it does NOT look great. They completely butchered our oak tree and cut it back way more than needed.
