Lisa and Austin were amazing and professional. There were 9 of us total and they were able to get all of our hair and makeup done and even were able to fit in a last minute 10th person without any issue. Lisa and Austin both are talented and were able to do a variety of folks hair and makeup (old, young, different skin tones, hair textures, etc.). Was very dissatisfied with the entirety of this service. I scheduled a makeup trial for the day of my bridal shower, but when I arrived, they informed me they had my appointment on the incorrect day and turned me away. On the day of my wedding, makeup was running 1 and a half hours behind the agreed upon schedule - we had to scrap our entire photo schedule. Was a bridesmaid in a wedding and all of us had our makeup done by Looks By Lisa. As someone who has been in multiple weddings, including my own lol, and had makeup professionally done this experience was sub par at best. To start, the day after the event I noticed my chin and upper lips were extremely itchy and reddened with some raised bumps. No, I did not sleep in my makeup. No, I do not have sensitive skin. Lisa came recommended by the venue. As someone not from the area I had to trust reviews and the venue. It paid off. Lisa and her team were amazing. Meghan did my hair at the trial and day off and was phenomenal. She also did 4 other hair do’s day of—killed it and we were ahead of schedule. Honest and patient and efficient!
