I use their services a lot. Will be doing a total renovation on a rental condo soon, and will update again.
As an architect with 40 years experience in design and construction, I have nothing but high praise for Lookout. I spent Covid doing a lot of remodeling on rental properties (interiors) and Brian and his team went from one rental to the other until they were done. I am extremely happy to have found Lookout Renovation! Everyone who I have talked to has been friendly, professional, and extremely good at their job. I had a full remodel done and Brian led the renovation. When something comes up, he actually thinks what would be best for me and will contact me to make sure things are good.
