No one else comes close. I had to fire my last agent because he wanted to sell a property 20k below value in a hot market. Patricia took over, quickly marketed the property as well as coordinated light repairs, and flipped the property for an 80k profit. You want to see real profits from real estate? you REALLY need to call Patricia. In 6 years I haven't found anyone who can do it better than she does.
