New owners are doing a great job running and renovating the place. Clean, spacious rooms. Polite and proffessional staff. The only downside is the people who rent here. Drug deals and noise going on constantly. They try to bully and intimidate people so they can have free run of the place. Most dont even live here on a regular basis. Its like a flop house for their junkie buddies.
