A VERY HONEST MAN.JIM TROXTEL IS ONE TOP GUY IN BUSINESS.THE REASON I KNOW IS BECAUSE WE WERE IN THE INSULATION BUSINESS FOR A FEW YEARS.IF IT CAME TO A NICKEL TO SPLIT HE WOULD TRY TO GIVE ME THE THREE CENTS AND HE WANTED TO TAKE THE TWO CENTS.I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD OF JIM RIPPING ANYONE OFF.IN MY OPINION HE IS TOPGUN.
