We recently purchased a 3 bedroom unit at Lookout NH. Adam was very professional to work with. From the minute we walked in, were impressed with the modern look, details, and views of the lake. The amenities are great with the pool, fitness center, and base camp lodge. Hard to to find those in other lake condo communities.

We were early buyers into Lookout Lake Winnipesaukee and basically bought a view and a promise from the Maggiore group. The sales process with Adam and Matt went very smoothly and I must complement the staff andworkers here on site who have made living in a dynamic, ongoing development since August 2023 very easy. My husband and I recently purchased at the Lookout and it was an amazing experience! From the minute we met Adam, his enthusiasm for this community shone through. His passion, dedication, and pride were overwhelming, and our continued communications with him are most enjoyable! Maggiore has been phenomenal as well.
