Lived here for many years. Expensive hoa fees landscaping has always looked awful. Towne properties Broke the law with no notices for maintenance and moving personal property without noice given. Having issues getting ahold of Victor the regional or any manager in general.
Nice place to live if you like the younger crowd that drink most every weekend. So it's a little loud and never a dull moment
