UPDATE: moved out 6/22, received collection agency letter out of the blue in March 2023 demanding $428. First it was for "unpaid utility bills." Then when I proved I paid them, it was changed to "cleaning fees." I've refused to pay - WA law requires specific explanation and I left it immaculate (took nearly 40 min of video covering every room to prove it).
