I ordered 2 doorknobs and the initial shipment arrived damaged with parts missing. After contacting customer service, I was told a replacement would be sent. The replacement only partially resolved the issue. I received one knob and only half of the required installation hardware. The hardware for the second knob is still missing. Customer service throughout this process was frustrating to deal with: argumentative, dismissive, and unhelpful.
