Definitely wouldn't recommend this place, very rude on phone trying to book an appointment. Terrible customer service skills
This was the fourth place in one day I went to in Parksville looking for a hair cut and shave. How can you have a barber pole on the outside of your business and not provide a shave?
I just called the number on my gift card from ‘welcome-wagon’ & asked for the nearest cross-street so to get a more accurate direction & the young who answered was treating me like I was a ‘bothersome person’—i was going to ask for an appointment, but With this attitude, I don’t want them cutting My hair-I guess I’ll file this 1/2 price gift under ‘G’. I don’t want to give this a gift to anyone else, either. Ouch!!
Len at Looking Good is simply the best in the industry. From curly hair to straight, he knows his stuff, and you will lèave his chair looking fantastic and feeling wonderful and confident. How good is he? Well, I live in Montréal and go to Vancouver Island and see Len when I want my hair cut properly. I'd give six stars, but the Google system only allows 5. Simply the BEST place for hair!!!!
