I am very impressed with all the staff here at Looking Glass Optical. I drive 75 miles to this place and it is totally worth it!! They take the time to listen and really know how to explain things so I can understand. There has never been a feeling of being rushed through.
I’ve been going to Looking Glass Optical for over 18 years. I find Dr. Teles and Dr. Manier very kind and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and have all the most up to date technology. There are hundreds of frame selections. The rooms are clean and beautifully painted and tastefully decorated. The entire staff are equally professional.
Coming here has been the best experience I've had since reluctantly transitioning to glasses from contacts. Marc is knowledgeable, kind and most importantly..he is politely direct. He let me know there were better choices to suit my face and able to dispel all previous displeasure I feared wearing glasses with his first 'try these'. I had a great experience with Dr. Maner and Alex today! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were both super friendly and made the whole visit really easy and comfortable. Dr. Maner took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and gave me direction to someone who can help with my specific condition and Alex was awesome the whole way through. You can tell they really care about their patients. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a great eye doctor!
My experience at Looking Glass Optical was amazing, the service by Dr. Maner and Dr.Tsion was exceptional . Made my eye exam a comfortable and speedy process .
