As you'll see in the pictures she didn't rinse all the bleach out before putting the color in so now I not only have fried hair but I have PINK hair!! I don't like pink I wanted purple. Plus as you see in the pictures she left three inches of roots!! Looks like a damn box job not a 120$ professional!! What's worse she tried to cover it up and then after charging me full price used the left over color that was SUPPOSED to be in MY hair for someone else.
