Dan and his team were fantastic to work with on a number of levels. From the first conversation they set the tone with their high level of listening to understand, attention to detail, solutions, execution and follow through.
I contacted Looker Wolfe & Gephart and by the end of the next business day we had Homeowners Insurance. Tre Elkins is my Agent, he researched multiple Insurance Companies and provided me with the options. Tre walked me through why they feel the one Company we finally picked was our best option. Tre was professional, easy to get on with, and quick to get us hooked up with HO Insurance. I would recommend them to anyone in need of Insurance.
I called in, provided the necessary information and was told I'd receive a call back from one of their agents. I never did, no voicemails no attempt. I guess they look up your info and decide if you're worth it or not. Needless to say, I'm working with someone else now. I read the above in other reviews too. Oh well.
