Selling this property was not a simple transaction, living out of town, I needed someone I could trust to handle things on the ground. Laura was exceptional. Whatever needed to be done, she got it done. Her experience, organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a huge difference throughout the process. She was always available, stayed on top of every issue, and kept the deal moving forward all the way to closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner and would highly recommend her.

We were referred to Laura by a friend after she successfully helped them sell their Chicago condo, and we’re so grateful for that recommendation. For anyone who has searched for an apartment in Chicago, you know how challenging the process can be. Laura made what initially felt overwhelming into a smooth, efficient, and stress-free experience. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivered on it without wasting time. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly set her apart—I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others. Thanks again, Laura!!

This is my second time working with Laura. If If the first time working with Laura wasn’t pleasant enough, the second time was absolutely brilliant. I had a tenant who asked to get out of a lease early. Not only did Laura help me to find a new tenant very quickly. She also helped me to get my condo repainted and fully deep cleaned with ease. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Working with Laura has been a pleasure and ease.
