The best gym and trainers I’ve ever had, I would argue that it’s better than going to a standard gym. Workouts are personalized to you and they push you to achieve your goals. Everyone is positive and gives you motivation to finish. I love this gym

I’ve been training with Bert for the last 6 years. Hands down Best trainer in Orlando! Work outs are always interesting and Athletic based.
Bert is an excellent trainer; patient, attentive, and extremely detail-oriented. He pays close attention to form and technique, which makes a huge difference in both results and injury prevention. He meets you where you are while still pushing you to improve. I feel stronger, more confident, and more motivated since training with him. If you want someone who genuinely invests in your success, Bert is the trainer to work with.
