I’m giving it a 2 because it’s 50/50 for me. My sister and I walked in there with a vision of what we wanted our hair to look like, and the ladies there were so very sweet! I had the best salon experience I had ever had, which is not very many. The first pic is before (I had color on my hair from 3 months prior), the second is me at the salon, completely done, the third is how light my mom bleached and got it too.
