Great doctor and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.
I recently took my 15-year old for an eye exam for both glasses and contacts. When I called to make an appointment, I spoke with Shonda. I have to say she is extremely kind and patient. Not only was she a pleasure to speak with, she was very helpful. The doctor was amazing too! She explained everything in a way I could understand. They both took their time to help my son learn how to put his contacts in and take them out on his own. I highly recommend this place! :)
I am happy that we found Dr. Thai after Google search. Shanna took the call, and was able to quickly get us in an afternoon appointment the same day. Shanna is so courteous, and really knowledgable with insurance. Dr. Thai has lots of equipments unlike my previous eye exam experience. Her equipments are far superior. She is SUPER thorough and knowledgable. She also knows my orthamologist who is also a top expert. This is a revisit to Dr. Thai's office. Dr. Thai is simply fantastic. She really took a good look during my eye exam. When I asked whether or not I need to get glasses. She gave me practical recommendation and provided clear reason. In addition, she recommended me to double check on a spot centered on my retina (which I forgot to do so on my prior visit).
