My husband has been seeing Dr. Look since we moved to St. Augustine. He's probably had at least 4 visits with him and about the same with his PA, who we adore. Dr. Looks demeanor has always rubbed my husband the wrong way. He's mentioned it to me but I saw it first hand today when I joined him at an appointment. Dr. Look would NOT look us in the eyes. He spoke to us, yes, gave us information and answered our questions ALL while looking down. He seemed really dismissive of our concerns.
still recovering from a feeling of disbelief, for I went to my appt. trusting & expecting to be treated decently...was treated with hostility by Clonch, and her nurse was really no better. there seemed to be a hostil disdainful attitude and I do not know why, I could not have acted nicer imho will not ever go back as I was depressed the entire day, and felt like garbage after meeting with her I would have left 0 stars in this rating
Made valid complaints about her over billing and was offered no explanation. Really dissatisfied. Will never go back.
Dr. Clonch is very competent and empathetic. She refers me to very good specialists when needed. Her nurse is very nice. The rest of the staff that I have dealt with are pleasant and professional. Some reviewers have complained about waiting time, but my attitude is that if you have to wait awhile it means she is good and thorough and has a number of patients.
Took my mom to see Dr. Clonch, only met with nurse but after waiting on response for lab results, etc was terrible. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The way my mom was treated was utterly disgusting and non professional. Asking a nurse when can I expect you to call me to get a response, when I call you. I said "excuse me" to get sometime today that was last week. This practice should be shut down and my formal complaint will go to the Florida Board of Medicine
Never return calls, even if they say they will. Keep patient waiting for results of tests then sends a paper. Rude staff, rude nurse and Dr Clonch has no beside manner whatsoever. This is the worst experience ever. As for recommendations, she should be a vet except wait she wouldn't even treat an animal with respect so never mind.
Went for my yearly physical today: appointment at 2:15 was confirmed by email and by phone so they know how to reach me. Waited in the reception area for FOURTY minutes - checked with the receptionist after 25 min. to make sure I had the time right: she was borderline rude, telling me you are checked in! (yes, thanks) and I assume she's running a little late - never bothered to check, call or apologize. I waited another 15 min. for a total of 40, then left. Won't be going back.
