I had an amazing experience with Kennedy! The space was clean and relaxing, and the treatment was tailored to my skin’s needs. Kennedy was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. My face looked and felt great afterward. Highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable injectors, helpful front desk, beautiful waiting room, wasn’t not pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t request. Injector Jordan was very professional and felt in very good hands with her expert application. Trish at the front desk was very welcoming and answered all my questions . Would return for additional services as it is a very nice med spa in the crowded Scottsdale area.
Been coming here for a few months now and the service provided is amazing. I have tried a few other medical spas in Scottsdale but Look Lab provides top tier service to each guest! Kennedy the injector, is so kind and understanding! Recommend this place for sure.
Kennedy was wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured, and most importantly she listened to me and I was open to her recommendations. She made it make sense to do a sprinkle of a little more! What won me over truly was, she skipped to right what I wanted, product I only wanted to use and the area I only wanted treated. She was quick and I was in and out! Kennedy earned my business.
